输尿管软镜激光碎石287例并发症分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the occurrence and treatment measures of flexible ureteroscopy with holmium :YAG laser lithotripsy complication .Methods :In our department ureteral calculi patients were analyzed retrospectively in the recent 2 years through 287 cases of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy ,the complications were summarized in this paper ,analysis of the causes and treatment measures .Results :There were 21 cases of uri-nary tract infection ,4 cases of septic shock ,postoperative hemorrhage in 4 cases ,including 2 cases of renal hemato-ma , these complications after appropriate positive treatment were obtained satisfactory results . Conclusions :Through flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy complication can not be avoided completely ,but if the oper-ations are carefully ,the complications after active treatment can be significantly reduced .关键词
