肾小球滤过率在2型糖尿病患者肾功能评估中的应用价值
The clinical application of glomerular filtration rate in patients type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective :To analyze the changes of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and its influencing fac-tors in type 2 diabetic patients .Methods :A total of 216 type 2 diabetic patients were studied .Body mass index , blood pressure ,HbA1c ,Scr ,BUN ,uric acid ,profile of plasma lipid and UACR were measured ;GFR determina-tion was performed by99m Tc-DTPA .Results :The proportion of patients with GFR≥60mL/(min · 1 .73m2 ) was 86 . 6% ,patients with GFR<60mL/(min · 1 .73m2 ) was 13 .4% .Between two groups ,there were significant differ-ences in age ,diabetes mellitus duration ,SBP ,BUN ,SCr ,Cys ,UACR .Normoalbuminuria was found in 126 pa-tients ,microalbuminuria was found in 52 patients ,and macroalbuminuria was found in 38 patients .In three groups , the proportion of patients with GFR<60mL/(min · 1 .73m2 ) were 6 .3% 、11 .5% 、39 .5% .Logistic regression anal-ysis showed age、UACR were the main influencing factors of GFR in patients with type 2 diabetes .Conclusion :The renal function of the patients with type 2 diabetes will be exactly judged by combining measurement of both GFR and UACR .关键词
