老年心房颤动103例临床分析

Abstract
Objective:To observe the relatively fundamental diseases of aged atrial fibrillation (AF ) , thromboembolic risk assessment score and bleeding risk assessment ,antithrombotic therapy and anticoagulation therapy for these patients .Methods:103 cases AF in-patients in Xidian Group Hospital were retrospectively ana-lyzed .Thromboembolic risk assessment score (CHA2DS2-VASC) and bleeding risk assessment (HAS-BLED) were used to retrospective rating .Results :Among the 103 cases ,4 cases were low risk of embolism ,15 cases were middle risk ,84 cases were high risk .6 cases were low risk of hemorrhage ,15 cases were middle risk ,82 cases were high risk .Out of these cases ,6 were treated with warfarin ,91 with aspirin dosed with 75~100mg/day .Conclusion :Many fundamental diseases often haunted with aged AF patients ,aged cases were often hit with high risk factors of ischemic stroke and hemorrhage ,but the rate of warfarin therapy was low ,and aspirin was underdosed .关键词
