Abstract
objective:To evaluate the role of Survivin gene in the expression and clinical significance of non‐hodgkin's lymphoma tissue .Methods :Using immunohistochemical methods expression of survivin in non‐hodgkin's lymphoma tissue samples ;Using Kaplan Meier survival curve analysis method for non‐hodgkin's lymphoma patients survival statistics analysis .Results :In the control group in the crowd ,survivin gene expression positive re‐sponse rate was 0 .75% lower than inert (15 .73% ) and invasive survivin positive response rate (54 .01% ) lymphoma patients ;Survivin positive reaction rate of inert lymphoma patients was also significantly lower than that of invasive lymphoma patients .The expression of survivin in non‐hodgkin's lymphoma tissue volume and age ,the immune phe‐notype ,clinical stage and clinical pathological indexes ,such as parts within the group no statistical difference ,lac‐tate dehydrogenase (LDH ) of 250 U/L or less patients with non‐hodgkin's lymphoma tissue survivin positive re‐sponse rate (23 .08% ) were significantly lower than that in LDH > 250 U/L patients (48 .65% ) .Survivin positive expression of > 25% of patients survival rate was significantly lower than Survivin positive expression of < 25% of the patients .Conclusion :Survivin may be a tumor early diagnosis and prognosis prediction of new tumor markers .关键词
