尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路与肱三头肌内外侧入路内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折64例对比研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study a more reasonable treatment for intercondylar distal humeral fracture by comparison of surgical approaches of the olecranon osteotomy and after bilateral triceps approach fixation .Meth‐ods: 64casesofpatientswithintercondylardistalhumeralfractureinourdepartmentweredividedintotwogroups accordingtotheoperationmethods.30casesweretreatedwitholecranonosteotomyapproachfixation, 34cases were treated with after bilateral triceps approach fixation . The operative time ,intraoperative blood loss ,24 hours the bleeding after the operation ,clinical effect evaluation and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared .Results :There was a significant difference in the 24 hours the bleeding after the operation(P<0 . 05) .the rate of incidence complications(P<0 .05)in the after bilateral triceps approach group compared with the olecranon osteotomy approach group .The excellent rate of the after bilateral triceps approach group was 73 .5% , which was significantly higher than that of the olecranon osteotomy approach group(66 .7% ) .There was no signifi‐cant difference in the operative time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups .Conclusion: The after bilateral triceps approach fixation has less blood loss ,less the rate of incidence of complication ,more conducive to re‐storing the function of the elbow ,is worthy of clinical applications .关键词
