PAR 指数评价蛙式矫治器治疗安氏 II 类错牙合的矫治效果

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the occlusal outcome of Frog appliance in distal movement of maxillary molars by PAR index .Methods :20 class Ⅱ malocclusion cases treated with Frog were chosen .PAR index was used in assessing every patient’s dental cast before and after orthodontic therapy ,and SPSS13 .0 software package was used for paired‐sampled test .Results :The PAR Score of 20 patients was 17 .72 ± 3 .48 before treatment and was 2 .28 ± 1 .63 after treatment ,which decrcased significantly (P < 0 .01) .The weight PAR Score was 27 .25 ± 5 .68 before treatment and was 3 .70 ± 2 .58 after treatment .The mean reduction of PAR Score was 15 .44 ± 2 .76 ,with the per‐centage reduction was 89 .61% .And the mean reduction of weight PAR Score was 23 .55 ± 3 .97 with the percentage reduction was 86 .42% .Conclusion :Peer assessment rating (PAR)index analysis indicated some kinds of class Ⅱmalocclusion can be treated effectively by Frog appliance .关键词
