摘要

Abstract

Objective :Discussion allogeneic fresh ,cold storage neonatal rats ovaries and ovarian speci‐men stress relaxation characteristic difference in aged rats .Methods :The use of electronic universal testing machine , with 0 .1% / s strain rate of increase of the rats ovary aging ,three‐day‐old suckling mice and allogeneic fresh cold storage ovarian ovarian stress relaxation experiments to compare allogeneic fresh ,cold storage neonatal rat ovary samples the aged rats with stress relaxation properties of ovarian differentiation .Results :Three samples of ovarian stress relaxation curves logarithmic changes could be found in the aged rats with ovarian group curve and the curve significantly different from the other two groups ,the group aged rats with ovarian decrease stress specimen 7200s , 7200s stress decrease the aging group of ovariectomized rats was 0 .009 ± 0 .0002 was significantly lower than that in the fresh allograft group (0 .020 ± 0 .001) ,cold storage neonatal rats ovary group (0 .022 ± 0 .003) (P< 0 .05) ;7200s allogeneic fresh set of stress decrease neonatal rat ovary and cold storage group the difference was not statisti‐cally significant (P> 0 .05) .Conclusion :Aging rats ovary and allogeneic fresh ,cold storage neonatal rats ovary samples with different stress relaxation ,cold storage neonatal rats ovary and allogeneic fresh samples have similar stress relaxation properties of the sample .
