Abstract
Objective :To compare the differences of insulin resistance and insulin resistance in PCOS pa‐tients with reproductive endocrine indexes of adolescence .Methods :Select 104 cases of patients with PCOS from June to 2014 2012 in adolescence February treated in our hospital as the research object ,according to the degree of insulin resistance was divided into insulin resistance group (group IR , = 54) and non insulin resistance group (non IR group , = 50) ,reproductive endocrine indices were compared between the two groups in promoting luteinizing hormone (LH) and promoting follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) ,sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) and tes‐tosterone (T ) determination of body mass index (BMI) ,waist hip ratio (WHR) ,hirsutism score (F‐G score) .Re‐sults :In the observation group ,LH ,FSH ,SHBG ,T index were significantly lower than those in control group , the difference between the groups was significant (P< 0 .05) ,the observation group of BMI ,WHR and F‐G scores were significantly higher than those in the control group ,with significant difference (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Insulin resistance index PCOS of adolescent reproductive endocrine is lower than that in non insulin resistance patients ,an‐drogen secretion capacity decreased ,the need to pay attention to the regulation of insulin resistance state .关键词
