无框架立体定向手术治疗脑出血30例

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the Frameless‐stereotaxy’s value in the treatment of Cerebral‐hemor‐rhage .Methods :Clinical data of 56 cases of cerebral‐hemorrhage in the affiliated hospital of Yan’an university from January 2010 to September 2014 were collected and analyzed retrospectively .Results :The neural functional recovery in the Frameless‐stereotaxy treatment(93 .3% ) was also superior to that in the conservative treatment (50% ) ,and the length of hospital stay shorter ;the hospitalization expense lower .Conclusion :The Frameless‐stereotaxy in the treatment of cerebral‐hemorrhage is more objective ,more accurate ,safe ,small trauma and high social benefit .关键词
