摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the association of Mean platelet volume (MPV) with type 2 diabetes mellitus on Aspirin .Methods :The study was conducted on the 67 type 2 diabetes mellitus at Yan’an hospital of tra‐ditional Chinese medicine hospital August 2012 and December 2013 ,M PV were calculated in the type 2 diabetes mel‐litus before and after 6 month aspirin(100mg/d )and plus metformin (50 mg ) and dimethylbiguanide treaed .Re‐sults :MPV was significantly lowered after aspirin(75mg/d )and aspirin(75mg/d )and dimethylbiguanide treaed than that of not treated(t= 1 .03 ,P= 0 .009 ;t= 1 .57 ,P = 0 .012) .The serum glucose concentration was not significantly different with aspirin(75mg/d )treated or not(t= 6 .28 ,P= 0 .76) .Conclusion :The results suggest M PV is reduced after aspirin100mg/d treaed with type 2 diabetes mellitus .关键词
