腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤86例改良切除术式与传统手术效果观察
Clinical study of modified partial parotidectomy in benign tumor of superficial lobe of parotid gland
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified partial parotidectomy with biological tis‐sue patches inbenigntumor of superficial Lobe of parotidgland .Methods :86 patients who received a benigntumor of superficial Lobe of parotidgland were divided into two groups .Patients of experimental group were reconstructed pa‐rotid massctcric fascia during the course of modified partial parotidectomy .Other patients received traditional superfi‐cial parotidectomy .Allpatientswere followed to investigate the rate of postoperative complication .Results :Surgical complications(facial paralysis ,Frey’S syndrome and Xerostomla)were lower in modified partial parotidectomy than in traditional superficial parotidectomy ,but the recurrence rate was notsignificantly different between two surgical modalities .Conclusion :modified partial parotidectomy could retain more parotid gland tissue ,has less complications and can be the first choice for the treatment of benigntumor of superficial Lobe of parotidgland .关键词
