多囊卵巢综合征患者瘦素、血清脂联素与胰岛素抵抗水平的相关性分析
The correlation analysis of leptin,adiponectin and insulin resistance levels in the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of leptin ,adiponectin and insulin resistance levels in thepatientswithpolycysticovarysyndrome.Methods:Selected 120polycysticovarysyndromepatientsfromJuly 2011 to February 2014 in our hospital as the observation group ,while selected physical health normal menstruation 120 women as the control group ,both groups were given the conventional index ,leptin ,adiponectin and insulin re‐sistance detected and correlation analyzed .Results:The BMI ,waist hip circumference ,systolic and diastolic blood pressure compared between the two groups were no statistically significant differences (P>0 .05) .The fasting insu‐lin and insulin resistance values of the observation group were significantly higher (P<0 .05) ,and the fasting blood glucose levels compared between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0 .05) .The serum adiponectin levels of the observation group were significantly lower than that in control group ,and the serum leptin levels were significantly higher (P<0 .05) .Pearson correlation analysis showed that insulin resistance were positive correlated with the leptin values ,and were showed significant negative correlated to the adiponectin ,whereas leptin and adi‐ponectin also showed the significant negative correlation (P<0 .05) .Conclusion :Polycystic ovary syndrome patients are more combined with abnormal leptin ,adiponectin and insulin resistance levels ,the high serum leptin and adi‐ponectin levels can lead to insulin resistance ,there is clear correlation among the three indexs .关键词
