虹吸管法圆窗给予糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To assess clinical curative effect of the round window rainbow straw method of route of administration to treatment of sudden deafness .Methods :The 96 cases of sudden deafness were randomly divided into A ,B ,C three groups ,the three group in the basic treatment separately by different ways of administra‐tion glucocorticoid treatment ,the A group took arally administered ,B group was administered through the tympanic membrane puncture injection method ,C group in Siphon method of round window to glucocorticoid therapy .Re‐sults :C group total effective rate reached 93 .8% ,significantly increased compared with A and B groups were 75 . 0% and 81 .3% .The incidence of adverse reactions compared ,C group (6 .3% ) was significantly lower than A group(21 .9% ) and B group(15 .6% ) .Conclusion:Siphon method of round window method with glucocorticoid in treatment of sudden deafness ,its curative effect was better ,and can reduce the adverse reactions.关键词
