Abstract
Fukuzawa Yoshi,as a modern Japanese scholar,was not only a master of bourgeois enlightenment in Japanese ideology,but also a maniac with Japanese power politics. Before the Sino-Japanese War in 1894,he had in turn put forward his point of ″ Oriental leader ″ and ″ Out of Asia into Europe″ for wantonly preaching his point of ″ expansion in Japanese national rights″ ,and strongly shouted his program of ″ invasion of China by Japanese military″ ,at the same time,for trying to seek Japanese hegemony in East Asia through the war of aggression against China. His speech closely echoed Meiji government of militarist ″ mainland policy″ ,and became the main advocate of Japanese aggression on the colonialism expansion line in modern East Asia.关键词
