Research on Talents Training of Higher Engineering Education in the View of Large-Scale Engineering
摘要
Abstract
The concept of large-scale engineering is dominated by integrated rational philosophy of education,is the scientific, technical,economic,social,environmental,ecological,cultural,and aesthetic values of art,ethics and integration to guide the engineering practice education model. Nurturing engineering talents based on this philosophy needs profound engineering qualities, extensive general knowledge background,good human qualities and social skills,and talent cultivation of higher engineering education should be done through curriculum reform,strengthening the practice teaching,scientific and technological innovation activities, cultivating non-intelligence factors and engineering practical ability of teachers so as to improve such implementation.关键词
