一基于超效率DEA的中国区域生态效率评价与时空分异研究
On Eco-efficiency Assessment and Spatial-temporal Differences in China Based on Super Efficiency DEA Model

Abstract
A method and an indicator system are brought forward to evaluate the spatial-temporal differences of regional eco-efficiency ( EE) based on DEA, and evaluate the spatial-temporal differences of EE among Chinese 30 provinces from 2000 to 2012. The results show that the average EE of China has been promoted slowly in the past 13 years, but not significantly, which is highly consistent with Chinese economic growth. And the eastern provinces that have significant temporal promotion, get obviously higher average EE than the mid-west provinces, and the efficiency gap is enlarging. Meanwhile, the efficiency gap between the middle and west provinces is narrowing because of the significant temporal promotion in the west provinces. The EE frontier of China is composed by such provinces as Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Beijing, Guangdong, etc. which will lead to polarization.关键词
