Abstract
China has been committed to the reform of management system of higher education and made remarkable achievements. But how to deepen the reform is still an important problem for Chinese higher education management system reform. America higher education management system in this regard can provide reference for China. Chinese higher education management system reform should partition power based on management responsibility to seek the balance of power;Legal construction can ensure the orderly and efficient operation of the management system of higher education;Chinese higher education management system reform should take au-tonomous universities to be the goal and adhere to taking its responsibility independently;Last, Chinese higher education management system reform should construct a broad social participation system for the management of university.关键词
