Abstract
It is necessary for college teachers to meet the requirements of the development of contemporary higher education by improving the self-reflection ability of education and teaching. College teachers should improve their self-reflection ability of education and teaching by means of reflecting their teacher morality constantly, reflecting their teaching ideas diligently, reflecting their teaching process and teaching achievements adeptly, and paying attention to train the reflection ability of learning for students.关键词
