摘要
Abstract
Based on the relationship between human resource management practices and organizational performance, it is found that the research status is not in the same conclusion. In order to explore a clear hierarchy in the complicated study, this paper falls into three main conclusions from the study perspective: human resource management practices have direct influence on organizational performance;there is no significant negative relationship between human resource management practices and organizational performance and an intermediary exists between the two variables.关键词
