A Study of EPC Project Management Evaluation Index System of Domestic Petroleum Engineering Under Green Concept
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of domestic and overseas EPC project management evaluation system, this paper established EPC project management evaluation index system on domestic petroleum engineering under green concept by combining EPC project management practices of domestic petroleum engineering.This evaluation index system reflects the situation of EPC project management in five di-mensions, which include management system, project planning and organization, the preliminary work, EPC project implementation and finishing touches, to provide a reference for evaluating EPC project management of large domestic petroleum projects.关键词
