农民新市民权利保护的法律问题研究∗
Study on legal issues of right protection of farmer-turned new citizens
摘要
Abstract
The protection of rights should be based on the study of rights segmentation. Started from the concept definition and right analysis of farmer-turned new citizens, the reasons of shortage of legal right protection of farmer-turned new citizens are analyzed, namely, the shortage of democratic rights litigation of new citizens;the discriminatory compensation of personal injury right;the lack of labor rights;the absence of social security interests; and the lack of right to education of children of new citizens. Based on the above, legal countermeasures and suggestions are proposed of right protection of farmer-turned new citizens:safeguarding the equal democratic rights of litigation of new citizens, safeguarding the equal rights of labor of new citizens, safeguarding the equal rights of social security of farmer-turned new citizens, and safeguarding the right of fair education of new citizens, in order to realize legal comprehensive security of each right of farmer-turned new citizens.关键词
