摘要
Abstract
Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) refers to varying degrees of liver damage which caused by the drug itself or its metabolites. In recent years, there has been an increasing number of reports about DILI. However, it is often misdiagnosed for the low incidence of DILI symptoms and lack of specificity. There are various diagnostic criteria of DILI in dif erent countries. So it is of great significance to compare the advantages and disadvantages of these criteria and to find the best diagnostic strategy for early treatment and prognosis of DILI.关键词
