摘要
Abstract
Genetic and metabolic abnormalities exist in malignant transformation. Recent studies suggest that some new genes,such as ALDOC,TUBB5,ANXA2,FABP4,ApoA1 and AOP1,CIDE’s family,ATGL and HSL,ACADL,SCD1,FASN or ACC1,and so on,are related to hepatic lipid metabolism and play some roles in the hepatocarcinogenesis. Some molecules in these genes might be the targets for tumor therapy in the future.关键词
