利用废催化裂化平衡剂合成堇青石
Preparation of Cordierite from Spent Fluid Catalytic Cracking Equilibrium Catalyst

Abstract
The preparation of cordierite from spent fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) equilibrium catalyst,talc,industrial alumina and quartz through solid-state reaction was studied. The crystal phases and microstructure of the prepared samples were characterized by means of XRD and SEM. The results showed that the products with high content of cordierite crystal phase could be obtained from the raw materials with high contents of aluminium and magnesium and low content of silicon. A cordierite product with 95%(w) cordierite content could be prepared under the optimal conditions of the spent FCC equilibrium catalyst 61.42%(w),talc 37.68%(w),industrial alumina 0.90%(w), calcination temperature 1 200℃ and calcination time 2 h.关键词
