木质素基高吸水性树脂的制备与溶胀行为
Preparation and Swelling Properties of Lignin-Based Superabsorbent Resin

Abstract
Novel biodegradable LS-g-PAMPS/AA superabsorbent resins were synthesized from lignosulfonate(LS-Na),2-acrylamido-2-methyl propanesulfonicacid(AMPS) and acrylic acid(AA) by grafting copolymerization under microwave irradiation with potassium persulfate as initiator and N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent. The effects of mass ratio of AA to AMPS,LS-Na dosage and total monomer amount on the water absorbencies of the superabsorbent resins were studied. The swelling behaviors of the superabsorbent resins in various salt solutions were investigated. The microstructures of the superabsorbent resins were characterized by means of FTIR and TG. The results showed that under the reaction conditions ofm(AA)∶m(AMPS) of 3,LS-Na dosage of 6%(w) and total amount of AMPS,AA and LS-Na of 35%(w),the water absorbency of the superabsorbent resin was 1 217 g/g in deionized water and 125 g/g in normal saline. The superabsorbent resin showed excellent thermal stability,salt tolerance and salt response,and the resin exhibited good reversible swelling behavior and reusability in the salt solutions.关键词
