摘要

Abstract

In view of the high complexity and risk in PTA plant, it is necessary to develop a life-cycle safety operation navigation platform to assist operators. The platform must contain different stages of production operation, such as “start up – normal condition – programmed operation – abnormal condition – shut down”. The platform consists of three levels, which are monitoring and early warning analysis, safety operation management and expert knowledge base, and gives standardized operational processes for the various production stages. When an exception occurs in the PTA plant, operators can operate with the guidance of standardized operational processes provided by the platform. The platform can feedback operational information timely, so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of misoperation. In order to take full advantages of cloud computing to make it easy to expand and upgrade, and to solve the different problems in petrochemical production system, the software is developed with service oriented architecture (SOA).
