摘要

Abstract

Based on analysis of the blockage in alkaline washing tower of separation unit in MTO plant in Sinopec Zhongyuan Petrochemical during planned overhaul in April 2014, this paper puts forward treatment measures that has effectively removed the blockage affecting long-period operation and reduced discharge of grease and waste lye while meeting the requirements of stable and high-load operation after restart, which offers reference for similar alkaline washing tower.
