Serum interleukin- 20 levels and its clinical significance in asthma patients
目的：检测支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）急性发作期患者治疗前后血清白细胞介素20（IL-20）水平的变化，探讨IL-20在哮喘发病机制中的作用和临床意义。方法：选择2013年5-10月广西医科大学第一医院呼吸内科门诊收治的轻至中度急性发作哮喘患者45例作为哮喘组，体检中心的32例健康体检者作为对照组。哮喘组患者均接受沙美特罗替卡松50/250μg/μg（1吸，2次/d）、万托林（必要时）治疗，中度哮喘组加用茶碱缓释片，总疗程1周。分别检测哮喘组治疗前后及…查看全部>>
