Abstract
Tubing anchor is a guarantee for reliable sealing and safe operation of fracturing string with packers. In line with the problemssuchassticking,failureofpassingincasingdeformationanddififcultiesofdealingwithunexpectedincidents,an axial push-on hydraulic tubing anchor was developed. It changed the anchoring mechanism of tubing anchor string, which using radial radiated multi-piston lfuke structure. Now, it uses the anchoring principle of annular axial hydraulic piston to drive the cone to axial displacement to expand the slip and hence anchor the tubing. Its anchoring performance, pressure strength and safety performance are fully improved, and its range of application is also expanded. This tubing anchor has been tested 8 well-time on fracturing and acidizing in Zhongyuan Oilifeld, 100%successfully providing anchoring for the tubing and ensuring reliable sealing of packers during the whole operation. It can be further promoted and applied.关键词
