Abstract
The Drilling Engineering and Technology Research Institute of the Xibu Drilling Engineering Company has started self-development of rotary steering drilling system over years of follow-up study of rotary steering drilling system. This paper mainly presents the design scheme and structure of the static, push-the-bit rotary steering drilling system. The system is of modularized design and is divided into surface monitoring system, two-way communication and power module, MWD module and steering sub, of which the steering sub is the technical dififculty and key point in the rotary steering drilling system and is also the focus of this paper. Based on the proposed design scheme and structure, the paper also explains the working principle of this rotary steering system, provides a viable technical plan for the development of rotary steering system and is of guidance signiifcance to the research of rotary steering system.关键词
