摘要
Abstract
With the development of housing industrialization in China, concrete precast technology attracts more and more domestic large concrete equipment manufacturers, they have put into the research of PC production line. At the same time, the state also issued corresponding PC production standards, laws and regulations. Compared to the similar production line of European and American countries, our PC production line started late, usual y,this production line has no matching ERP,only has the PC control system which is responsible for component production. In this mode,the workmen of factory can only communite with each other in traditional way , which significantly reduces the efficiency of the work.In this paper, combining the characteristic of domestic PC industry itself, puts forward the general blueprint of PCERP system, then describes the PC factory's core business process, final y, discusses the design of core module of PCERP system from various angles.关键词
