摘要

Abstract

According to the liquid level detection problem in automatic sample system,a laser detection method based on the position sensor technology is proposed.The method using laser triangulation principle.Generaly speaking,laser triangulation principle determine the distance by getting the position which the laser reflection point irradiate at the Position Sensitive detector .but My approach is According to get the laser transmitter rotation angle to determine the liquid level height,liquid level and the distance between the pin.Experiments show that the method has high adaptability and stability in detection of liquid level of automatic sample system.
