摘要
Abstract
This paper summaries the claims structure features with claims descriptions,and studies the visualization method of patent claims which have been transformed into tree structure based on the hyperbolic tree.Then resolution and visualization system of patent claims is build.At last an empirical il ustration about Apple’s graphical user interface patent 7166791 is proposed.关键词
