摘要

Abstract

The current empirical drainage modeling formula for waterlogging control hydrological computation for the Huaihe Plain only considers two factors , the design net rainfall and the drainage area .It cannot reflect the relationship between peak discharge and runoff volume for complex underlying surface regions .In order to solve this problem, GIS technology was used to divide catchments according to a DEM and determine the flow direction . According to the hydrogeological map and soil profile , a GIS layer was constructed and a distributed waterlogging control hydrological model was developed . This model can be applied to waterlogging control hydrological computation in ungauged watersheds .Historical data were used to adjust the parameters of the model .The results show that the simulation accuracy can reach the criterion of Grade A stipulated in the Standard for Hydrological Information and Hydrological Forecasting .
