对我国海水冲厕立法的思考
Thoughts on legislation for seawater flushing in China
摘要
Abstract
Drawing on experiences of seawater flushing in Hong Kong , we studied the necessity , feasibility, and related measures of legislation for seawater flushing in mainland China , in order to overcome the limitations of water flushing technology promotion in mainland China .The results show that seawater flushing technology is an effective way to save fresh water resources .In order to maintain healthy and rapid development of this industry , legislation is urgently needed .关键词
