摘要
Abstract
The safflower seeds as experimental materials ,this article studied on the effect of the different concentration of NaCl stress on safflow-er seed imbibition germination rate with setting up seven NaCl concentrations (0.10% ,0.15% ,0.20% ,0.30% ,0.50% ,0.70% ,0.90% )and distilled water control .The results showed that :the effects of NaCl solution on safflower seed germination rate was generally that low concentra-tions promoted and high concentrations inhibited .0.1% NaCl solution could promote seed germination of safflower ,and the seed germination rate ,relative germination rate and germination potential were relatively higher than the control group ;With the increase of concentration of salt stress ,the relative germination rate and germination potential were lower than the control group ,and the accumulating germination rate de-creased .关键词
