人参皂苷在正丁醇／水二相分配关系的研究
Distribution Relationship of Ginsenosidesin N -butanol Phase and Water Phase
摘要
Abstract
Ginsenosides distribution rules in n -butanol phase and water phase were studied ,to provide the basis for separation and analysis of ginsenosides .After solution of ginseng root was extracted with n -butanol saturated water ,ginsenoside content Rb1 ,Rb2 ,Rc ,Rd ,Rg1 ,Re ,Rf , Ro in two phases were detected with HPLC/MS ,as well as 9 kinds of malonyl-ginsenosides .Results:Distribution ratio of different ginsenosides in the biphase vary greatly ,malonyl-ginsenosides distribution ratio in water phase was larger than that in n -butanol phase while neutral gin-senosides appears a different side .Conclusion:After extracted three times with n -butanol saturated water ,substantially all of the neutral gin-senosides were transferred to n -butanol phase;the ratio of malonyl -ginsenosides in n-butanol phase to water phase is 3∶2 .关键词
