Abstract
The present study developed a method to determine the levels of geniposide in Yinshanlian soft capsules with RP-HPLC .Geniposide was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column (4.6mm × 250mm ,5μm ) with the mobile phase of acetonit water (V∶V=13∶87 ) .The detection wavelength was set at 238 nm and the column temperature was 25℃ .There had a good linear relationship between geniposide contents and peak area when its concentration localized in the range from 0.008 04mg/mL to 0.0804mg/mL .The recovery rate of geniposide was 97.667% ,RSD were 0.567% .The method we used has the characteristics of simplicity ,accuracy ,as well as high efficency and sensitivity .Thus it can be used to test the quality of Yinshanlian soft capsules .关键词
