摘要
Abstract
Insulin-like growth factor - Ⅰ receptor(IGF-IR) is a transmembrane protein tyrosine receptor ,which shares substantial amino acid sequence homology with pro-insulin ,is produced by many tissues ,primarily in the liver ,as well as in the brain ,kidney ,heart and lung . IGF-IR elicits biological effects on cellular survival proliferation and differentiation through IGF- Ⅰ .This review focus on the expression and function of IGF-IR .关键词
