Abstract
Tunneling below an existing high-speed railway belongs to special grade of risk source, and the requirement on stratum settlement in the case is very high. This study was based on a certain project of tunneling below an existing high-speed railway. In this study, the strata's dynamic response to train vibration load during tunneling below the existing high-speed railway was analyzed by means of three-dimensional numerical simulation. The numerical simulation result indicated that the intersection point between the tunnel and the existing high-speed railway subgrade was the most critical part in this project, and so relevant strengthening measures should be employed for this part in both the stages of design and construction, for the purpose of ensuring construction safety of the tunnel and ensuring normal operation of the existing high-speed railway.关键词
