Abstract
The highest suburban railway design speed is an important technical index for suburban railways, and is one of the important principles to determine project scale and investment. Through the analysis and calculation of three aspects, namely, station spacing, passenger travel target time and route conditions, a study is conducted on choices of suburban railway design speed, the relationship is established between and among the optimized average station spacing, passenger travel target time, curve radius and maximum design speed, which proves a quick and effective way in defining the designed speed target value of suburban railways.关键词
