摘要

Abstract

With reference to the engineering of a tunnel on Hangzhou Metro Line 1 , theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are employed to study the way to assess the safety of shield segment in case of deformation so as to guarantee the safety of tunnel construction and future operation. The internal force ( bending moment) of the segment is determined with the convergence displacement measured on site, the load on segment with obtained by intelligent back analysis, and the finite element calculation based on Beam-Spring model. At last, based on the ultimate deformation of segment structure in limit state, a new reference based on segment convergence displacement is proposed to evaluate segment safety, and the standard to control convergence displacement is also brought forward.
