摘要

Abstract

In perspective of the particular stratum, geological structure, geotechnical characteristics and hydrogeology in Taiyuan metro line-1 , this paper analyzes the characteristics of engineering geological and hydro-geological conditions related to the construction of metro tunnel and station project. Primary geological problems in Taiyuan metro line-1 are analyzed, such as the Jiaocheng active fault, ground sedimentation, seismic deliquescence and collapsibility of soil. On the basis of the above, the major engineering geological problems involved in Taiyuan metro line station base pit and tunnel excavation are studied and conclusions are reached: underground station should not be set in Jiaocheng active fault, quicksand and loss of stabilization are encountered in the course of excavation, and ground sedimentation has little impact on metro engineering.
