Optimization Design for Rubber Coat Boot and Pat under Concrete Block of Low Vibration Track
摘要
Abstract
To address such problems as loosening and failure of the rubber coat boot and the rubber pad under concrete block, a dynamic FE analysis model is used to calculate the reasonable bearing stiffness of the concrete block, and a new integration rubber coat boot design is proposed to combine the rubber coat boot with the rubber pat. The structural parameters of the integration rubber coat boot are determined with theoretical analysis based on a static FE model, and its economic performance, reliability and applicability are verified with trail product and performance test.关键词
