后安山隧道保温层优化设计仿真分析
Simulation Analysis of Optimization Design for Insulation Layer in Houanshan Tunnel

Abstract
Taking the large cross-section Houanshan Tunnel on Jinlin-Tumen-Hunchun Passenger Dedicated Line in cold region as the study object, this paper establishes a calculation model with ABAQUS to analyze the effect of insulation layer thickness on the temperature field and frost penetration length before and after tunnel holing-through. The results show that: ( 1 ) The farther the distance to tunnel portal, the smaller thickness of insulation layer required to prevent the surrounding rock from freezing;frozen depth of surrounding rock decreases with the increase of insulation layer thickness. (2) Frost penetration length should be 450 ~500 m before tunnel holing-through, and 720 ~830 m after tunnel holing-through with nearly 300 m in addition. ( 3 ) It is verified that the 5 cm polyurethane insulation board in the range of 721 m from the Tunnel portal of Houanshan tunnel proves to be effective in heat insulation.关键词
