GAHP-based Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Railway Snow Disaster Risk

Abstract
A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of railway snow disaster risk based on group analytic hierarchy process ( GAHP) model is proposed to assess accurately railway snow disaster risk. Firstly, a system for risk indices assessment is established through risk factor analysis of railway snow disaster, and the weight of each index is determined by means of modified group analytic hierarchy process. Secondly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is introduced and modified to determine the level of railway snow disaster risk by calculating the effectiveness of the maximum membership degree principle and the application of assurance criterion and feature value equation. Finally, the proposed method is applied to a railway section and the results show that the proposed risk assessment model is effective and can determine the level of risk more accurately.关键词
