Research on the Calculation Model of Plate Layout and Construction for CRTSⅢ Ballastless Track

Abstract
In order to realize intelligently the data processing of plate layout and construction and improve CRTSⅢ ballastless track structure’s adaptability and extend its application, this paper studies the key technologies of the layout and construction calculation and establishes a general calculation model for layout and construction. In this model, three reference planes namely the rail top surface, the plate top surface and the support rail groove top surface are defined according to the existed three different inclinations in CRTSⅢ ballastless track structure. Then three datum points are defined through the reference surfaces and the specific section model is established according to the relative geometric relationship between the section point and reference point. The first step to calculate the coordinate of any section point at any mileage is to calculate the coordinate of the datum point, and then calculate the section point according to the cross-section model. The construction layout model of“CRTSⅢballastless track plate layout design and positioning measurement system” has the function to establish cross section model and calculate parameters. It can be used for automatic calculation of sampling data for all kinds of structure layer in ballastless track system construction period, including lofting data of the support layer, steel template of the base plate, track plate sideline and accurate adjustment of the theoretical data of plate, and it can also be used to assess track smoothness after track plate perfusion.关键词
