摘要

Abstract

This paper Summarizes the ballastless tracks structures used in high-speed railway, analyzes the potential track defects during the service period, such as doming of the ballastless track, cracking of bollard block or track base, fastener failure, cracks between track slab and cement asphalt mortar cushion, track structure fractures, differential settlement of foundation. It proposes different advanced equipment and methods to monitor ballastless track structures by means of strain gauge sensor, hyun sensors, FBG sensors, eddy current non-contact sensor, wireless transmission equipment, remote monitoring system, early warning mechanism instruments and etc. it also Introduces application examples of monitoring and field test, integrated monitoring of ballastless track in turnout zone, stress and deformation monitoring of NO. 42 turnout on the bridge and end-spine zone, the test of damping CRTSI slab ballastless track in tunnel, temperature and deformation monitoring of CRTSⅡslab ballastless track. Investigation is made of the application of high-definition camera image recognition, thermal imaging, optical fiber vibration sensor, acoustic sensors in the ballastless track safety monitoring.
