鸡腿菇富锌液体发酵条件的研究

摘要
Abstract
The liquid fermentation conditions of zinc-accumulated coprinus comatus were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results show that the composition of the suitable culture medium is as follows:corn starch 3%,glucose 3%,bean cake starch 3%, (NH4)2SO4 1%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4 0.05%,ZnSO4 40 mg·L -1 and VB1 10 mg·L -1,and pH=6. Among the experimental combinations, ZnSO4 concentration 40 mg·L-1, constrained in a 250 mL conical bottle with 90 mL liquid culture medium, and 6 days of cultural period are the optimum cultural conditions.关键词
