自修复导电聚酰胺复合材料的制备及性能研究
Synthesis and preperties of self-healing conductive polyamide composites
摘要
Abstract
Fe-Ni alloys were synthesized by solvothermal method and then added to polyamide matrix with super molecular hydrogen bonds. A kind of self-healing conductive polymers were obtained. The microstructures ,mor-phology,electro-conductive,and self-healing properties of as-prepared samples were investigated in details by scanning electron microscopy ,X-ray powder diffraction and resistivity tester techniques. The results show that the Fe2+and Ni2+molar ratio has a significant impact on the morphology of Fe-Ni alloy. When the Fe 2+and Ni2+molar ratio is 70∶25,the shapes of final products are more regular. The conductivity of polymer is increased when Fe-Ni alloy is added. The self-healing rate of conductive polymer is 80%when 45%(w/w) of Fe-Ni alloy is added.关键词
